Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $300
  • Orders under $300:
    • $15 flat rate within the United States
    • $25 flat rate for international destinations

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All garments are made-to-order , and production begins once your order is confirmed
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on customization requirements and order volume
  • Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Destination country or region
  • Shipping carrier and service availability
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price
  • Failure to pay applicable duties may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment, for which we are not responsible

Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
  • BADASS BESPOKERY is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Any additional charges incurred due to address errors will be borne by the customer

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is under their control
  • If your order is:
    • Lost in transit
    • Significantly delayed
    • Damaged upon arrival

Please notify us promptly so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist with a resolution

Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments

  • If a shipment is returned due to:
    • Failed delivery attempts
    • Refusal to accept delivery
    • Non-payment of duties/taxes

Any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not applicable for refused shipments.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • BADASS BESPOKERY is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen external factors
  • Our responsibility is limited to ensuring the order is correctly dispatched from our facility
