Return & Fit Guarantee Policy
At BADASS BESPOKERY, every garment is crafted exclusively for you—built around your measurements, preferences, and personal style. Each piece is made-to-order and tailored with precision, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
Because of this highly personalized process, our policies differ from standard retail.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
All orders placed with BADASS BESPOKERY are final .
Due to the custom-made and made-to-measure nature of our garments:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
- Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Our Fit Guarantee – Precision, Backed by Commitment
While returns are not part of our model, delivering the right fit is.
If your garment does not meet reasonable fit or quality expectations, we will take corrective action under our Fit Guarantee Program .
Notification & Eligibility
To qualify for the Fit Guarantee:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- The garment must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- You may be required to provide:
- Clear photos of the garment worn and unworn
- A description of the issue
- Additional measurement inputs, if necessary
Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.
Resolution Process
Each case is evaluated individually to determine the most effective resolution.
1. Minor Fit Adjustments
If the issue is within acceptable tailoring limits:
- We will recommend alterations through a professional local tailor
- We will bear the alteration cost.
2. Major Fit Discrepancies
If the garment is significantly outside standard fit tolerance:
- We will remake the garment
- Revised measurements and corrections will be applied before production
- The remake will be processed once per order
What Qualifies as a Fit Issue
Fit-related concerns may include:
- Garments that are materially too tight or too loose
- Structural misalignment affecting wearability
- Clear deviations from submitted or captured measurements (subject to verification)
What Does Not Qualify
The following are not considered defects or fit issues :
- Personal style preferences (e.g., “too slim,” “too relaxed” beyond agreed fit)
- Minor variations typical in handcrafted garments
- Fabric texture, drape, or color differences due to lighting or screen display
Alteration & Remake Conditions
- Garments must not be altered by a third party before approval from our team
- Unauthorized alterations may void eligibility for remake or reimbursement
- Only one remake per garment is permitted under this policy
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Badass Bespokery’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the garment
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Event-related damages (e.g., missed occasions, delays in usage)
- Third-party alteration outcomes not authorized by us
